- HUA LIAN 'XIANG DE SI' (part 1)
the temple is call xiang de si and it is at hua lian. up a mountain where we have to climb up ourselves after a dist of bus journey. it is a very nice place. nice scenery. cooling. quiet.
first day up there was rather horrible. haha as in i wasn't used to the food there. there's this plant they say its bamboo? ya. it has this horrible smell which makes me giddy and wanna vomit. the first meal there i was wondering how come everyone's bowl have this smell. i was so scared. lol. and because it is not nice to say that the food smells disgusting, i didnt know what to do so i jus ate it. swollow it with as much rice and other vege. whoa. haha. when it comes to dinner i cannot take it anymore. at that point of time i still dunno what's wrong. i tot i was sick. and im like 'shit. first day up here and sick?' i only drank the soup for dinner cos i was giddy and felt like vomiting. haha soon.. dunno how soon. but soon. one of the shijie told me abt this food and enlightened me. hahaa. after that all the shijie there know i cant take the food. so everytime they come across it, they'll warn me. because i can only smell it but cannot specify which dish is it. now im really sensitive to the smell. u guys shld try it. lol.
PU DU QIAO. this bridge has a of story behind it. which is rather meaningful. and to whoever that know abt it, we're always very excited to see and walk over this bridge.
on the bridge
SAN MEN. it says 'xiang de si' in the centre. 'jie tuo men' on the left. and 'bu er men' on the right.
there is actually a river flowing below the bridge. very beautiful place.
the pagoda. dizang pusat is inside. :)
bai yi da shi
XIANG DE SI
36 feet tall dizang pusat. i finally got there and see it myself.
night view of dizang pusat. it feels really different looking at dizang pusat very late at night. i took this at around 8pm. when i look at dizang pusat at 11pm, it looks different. i mean ya. the feeling changes. it FEELS different. it is as if i can feel his hard work. his vow. his
compassion. it feels like he is the one we can lean on in times of troubles. and it feels like he is always around anytime anywhere even though we cant see him. there's more to it. but cant be describe. it can only be felt....
